Carol had been prescribed tablets by her GP for a rash. A friend said that she should stop taking them because of the side effects. She rang the Helpline and spoke to a Pharmacist.

The Pharmacist was able to explain exactly what the tablets were designed to do and
what to do should she experience any unpleasant effects.

Carol kept taking the tablets and the rash has gone.
